Our Story Why We ExistNoman Shah quit his executive role in 2022 to build AI that doesn’t sell out its users. After leading a $200 million World Bank project serving 1.4 million vulnerable households, he saw firsthand how technology could either empower or exploit. He and Dr. Atif Naseer first met in 2012 in Makkah, where they built research infrastructure and innovation centres together. Four years and three countries later, they reunited to launch XEROTECH. Now we’re building privacy-first AI tools — for professionals who need power without surveillance, and learners who deserve access without barriers. |
